Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available within a K-12 school setting in Cambridge, MA. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide essential speech and language support services to a diverse student population across all grade levels.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification, preferably with experience in school settings
- Completion of CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential is highly desirable
- Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, parents, and support staff

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication challenges
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with families and school teams
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
- Stay current with best practices and educational standards related to speech-language pathology in schools
