What You’ll Do

• Lead and Inspire: Oversee daily salon operations while motivating your team to deliver consistently great service.
• Work Behind the Chair: Cut hair alongside your team, setting the pace and leading by example during busy times.
• Mentor and Develop: Coach and support stylists through training, feedback, and professional development.
• Scheduling & Staffing: Create efficient schedules that balance customer demand with team flexibility.
• Inventory Management: Ensure product levels are maintained so the salon runs smoothly day to day.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold Great Clips’ high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer care.

What You’ll Bring

• A valid NH Cosmetology or Master Barber License (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
