We are looking for an experienced maintenance worker to perform a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform light indoor maintenance, including:
- Changing light bulbs
- Minor repairs
- General cleaning
- Maintain outdoor grounds, including:
- Mowing the lawn
- Tidying and maintaining outdoor areas
- Perform winter maintenance as needed:
- Snow blowing
- Shoveling snow
- Applying sand and salt to walkways and other areas
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable performing a variety of maintenance tasks throughout the year
