What You’ll Be Doing\n
- \n
- Program, set up, and operate CNC Swiss machines for high-precision components
- Develop and optimize machining processes for tight-tolerance parts
- Troubleshoot CNC programs, tooling, and machining issues
- Lead new setup development including tooling, fixtures, and offsets
- Serve as a technical expert and mentor for machinists and operators
- Improve and create work instructions and process documentation
- Collaborate with engineering on fixture design and process improvements
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools
- Optimize feeds, speeds, and cycle times for efficiency
- Maintain documentation in line with GMP/GDP standards
- Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

- 8+ years CNC Swiss machining experience
- Strong programming, setup, and troubleshooting ability
- Deep understanding of multi-axis Swiss machining processes
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Ability to lead and mentor other machinists
