Associate Dentist (Temp-to-Potentially Permanent, Part-Time)
Wilmington Family Dental Wilmington Family Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentistto join our team on a part-time, temporary basis (2 days per week). This role is designed to support our practice during an interim period from April through July, with the potential to transition into a permanent positionfor the right candidate. What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality general dental care, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Perform a range of procedures (restorative, preventive, and basic cosmetic dentistry)
- Build strong relationships with patients and deliver a comfortable, patient-centered experience
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team
What Were Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Schedule
- Part-time: 2 days per week
- Mondays required, with a second day flexiblebased on the candidates availability
- Temporary: April through July (approximate)
