Job Information: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Operations and Reporting, you’ll play a key role in intercompany accounting and consolidated financial close, working closely with Corporate Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Corporate Development, and Operating Company Controllers.

The role focuses on accounting for transactions between domestic and international entities, including intercompany funding, corporate cost allocations, dividends, capital contributions, and M&A transactions. You’ll help keep these transactions accurately recorded, reconciled, and reflected in consolidated actual results and forecasts, with exposure to global tax planning, treasury initiatives, and acquisitions.

What you’ll work on:

- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions supporting strategic tax planning, treasury initiatives, and M&A activity across domestic and international entities.
- Partner with Tax and Treasury on accounting for legal entity funding, capital contributions, dividends, and other transactions between companies.
- Prepare and review intercompany allocations, invoices, and reconciliations for shared corporate costs, including insurance, technology, and shared services.
- Support the consolidated monthly close by helping Operating Companies resolve intercompany accounting questions and accurately report their transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reporting packages covering actual results and forecasts for corporate leadership.
- Help administer Oracle, OneStream, and intercompany reporting tools, while using AI and Alteryx to improve accounting and reporting processes.
- Maintain strong SOX controls and support acquisition integration and global finance projects.
