An opportunity is available for a skilled professional specializing in behavioral analysis within an educational setting. This part-time position spans the 2025-2026 school year, requiring services 2-3 days a week across two K-8 schools in Cambridge, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective behavioral strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continued development.
- Conduct training sessions for school staff on applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress as per regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in K-8 settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
