Memory Care Activity Assistant
Part-Time/Per diem | The Arbors at Taunton Assisted Living

We’re looking for someone who follows the plan—but also understands that in memory care, not everything goes as planned. You’ll need the heart to meet residents where they are, the creativity to adapt in the moment, and the enthusiasm to help them feel excited to participate.

What You’ll Do
- Encourage and escort residents to daily activities
- Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment
- Lead or assist with games, music, crafts, exercise, and social programs
- Provide one-on-one visits for residents who prefer quieter interaction
- Adapt activities when needed while staying aligned with the daily plan
- Build trust with residents and families through kindness and consistency
- Support the team wherever needed

Requirements
- Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year working with seniors (paid or volunteer)
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Must meet driving requirements for resident outings
