Outlet Manager – MVP Pub and Picks Restaurant at Sheraton Springfield Hotel (Full-Time)


Join our dynamic hospitality team at the Sheraton Springfield Hotel as an Outlet Manager overseeing MVP Pub and Picks Restaurant. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of MVP Pub and Picks Restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness

- Lead, motivate, and manage the outlet staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences

- Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and standards to optimize efficiency and profitability

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels

- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create engaging menus and promotional events

- Conduct staff training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge

- Maintain inventory control and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

- Promote a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety standards

- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree or related certification preferred
