Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts teaching license in Special Education
- Ability to satisfy all Massachusetts and district prerequisites for school-based special education services
- Experience working with K-6 students is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and compassion when engaging with diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized instructional strategies to meet IEP goals
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting approaches as needed
- Work closely with families, teachers, and related service providers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and district-specific guidelines
