What You’ll Do:
- Oversee on-site construction of ADU projects from the ground up.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and clients to keep projects on track.
- Learn to manage site operations, schedules, and quality control.
- Support project planning, permitting, and communication efforts.
- Represent BuildX with professionalism and care — we pride ourselves on teamwork and client relationships.
Who You Are:
- A motivated, “all-in” team player eager to learn and grow in the construction industry.
- Someone with basic construction knowledge — you understand site work, mechanicals, and trades — but you’re hungry to level up.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management software, email, and digital tools.
- A people person who communicates well, builds trust, and takes pride in doing things right.
- Living within 30 minutes of Carver, MA.
