Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position, based near Boston, MA, lets you split your time between a high school and a college setting. Enjoy a balanced schedule—work Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 1:30pm, totaling 20 hours per week, from July 6th through August 6th.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license.
  • Previous experience in school-based and healthcare or home health settings preferred.
  • Skilled in providing OT assessments, interventions, and documentation for diverse student populations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Competence in managing time efficiently across multiple sites.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and families.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students in both high school and college environments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes.
  • Adapt activities and recommendations to maximize students’ participation and independence.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates and professional insights as needed.
