Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (5x8)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Assignment Duration: 9 weeks (potential for extension)
Compensation: $62/hr ($2,480/week)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Unit Manager to oversee daily operations within our Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Concord, NH. The RN Unit Manager will provide leadership to nursing staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff within the assigned unit.

Oversee resident care delivery and ensure adherence to individualized care plans.

Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and participate in evaluations.

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support optimal resident outcomes.

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.

Assist with staff scheduling and daily workflow management.

Provide direct patient care as needed.
Qualifications

Active and unencumbered RN license in NH (or compact state).

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in LTC or a related healthcare setting.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Strong organizational, clinical, and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Ability to effectively manage staff and maintain a high standard of resident care.
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive pay: $62/hour; guaranteed $2,480/week.
