Lamoille Valley Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as part of our Building Maintenance and Janitorial staff. This role is vital to ensuring our facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained to provide an optimal environment for our employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine janitorial duties including cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain the overall upkeep and appearance of the building, including minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly to management.
- Manage supplies inventory and notify when reordering is necessary.
- Assist with setup and teardown for company events or meetings as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial or building maintenance roles preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed.
