- Active, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license (MA RN license required)\n
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications\n
- Minimum 1 year experience in a nursing supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership role\n
- Strong clinical skills in acute care and hospital nursing with the ability to provide clinical supervision and guidance\n
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership abilities\n
- Completion of required onboarding health screenings and background checks\n

- Provide leadership, oversight, and clinical direction to nursing staff across patient care services (charge nurse / nurse supervisor duties)\n
- Promote high standards of patient care and positive patient outcomes across the continuum of care\n
- Serve as onsite administrative resource after hours and assume hospital-wide oversight when assigned\n
- Support staff development, performance coaching, and foster a collaborative work environment\n
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements\n
- Respond to and manage emergent clinical situations, escalations, and staffing challenges as needed\n
