Job DescriptionManufacturing Associate – Cell Therapy Production
Are you passionate about cutting-edge cell therapy and making a real impact in patients’ lives? We’re seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our growing team focused on the production of T cell and TCR-engineered therapies. This role is ideal for someone with strong GMP experience, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to quality and safety in a cleanroom environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate production equipment and perform processing steps in compliance with GMP standards
- Accurately complete production documentation and batch records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Stock and manage supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain operational efficiency
- Support or leadCommissioning and Validationactivities
- Assist in the creation and revision of manufacturing documentation
- Identify and implementcontinuous improvementopportunities
- Ensure compliance withcGMP, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as needed to support team and company goal
What You Bring
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cleanroom or GMP manufacturing environments
- Hands-on knowledge of T cell therapy and TCR-engineered cell therapies
- Strong understanding of GMP, batch record review, and biologics production
- Experience with controlled document creation and review
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk extensively throughout the facility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $46.00/hr.
