Your Role Includes:

• Pursuing and fixing problems across plant systems with diligence and expertise.
• Operating, troubleshooting, and repairing automated packaging machinery.
• Using your knowledge of pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics for system resolution.
• Reading and interpreting detailed electrical schematics while ensuring safety.
• Diagnosing and resolving electric motor and device control issues.
• Handing complex electrical challenges, focusing on PLC and solid state equipment repairs.
• Showcasing your ability to weld and solder effectively.
• Understanding and maintaining facility systems like steam and refrigeration.
• Applying basic plumbing and carpentry skills where needed.
• Utilizing manufacturers' manuals for part identification and ordering.
• Ensuring oral and written communication is clear and effective.
• Achieving a score of 60% or better on the Standard Timing Model mechanical test.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with over five years of relevant experience in maintenance or equivalent expertise in related fields.

Our Massachusetts facility encourages you to acquire a Special to Operate Engineering License (Steam Plant) within six months of employment.
