White Elephant Resorts is seeking a polished and service-driven Seasonal Concierge to join our team at our iconic Nantucket property. As a key point of contact at the main entrance desk, you will set the tone for each guest’s stay by delivering warm welcomes, thoughtful recommendations, and seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and confirm reservations

• Serve as the primary resource for guest information and assistance

• Provide personalized recommendations for dining, activities, and amenities

• Arrange transportation, excursions, and reservations

• Answer phones and manage guest communications

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• Concierge or strong customer service experience preferred

• Knowledge of Nantucket Island strongly preferred

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Professional, confident, and guest-focused demeanor
