Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Unity, New Hampshire
Position Type: Contract
Schedule: 8-hour shifts/days
Rate: Up to $2470.00 weekly + benefits from day 1!
Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment at a healthcare facility in Unity, NH. The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to patients with a focus on improving mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, balance activities, and functional rehabilitation.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge planning accurately and timely.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, safety, and home programs.

Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards.

Promote patient safety and participate in discharge planning as appropriate.
Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of New Hampshire.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
