Trademark and Copyright Associate - 2+ Year
Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark and copyright associate for its Boston, New York, San Diego, Silicon Valley, or Washington, D.C. offices. The salary for this role is between $225k to $260k.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience.
- Experience with reviewing clearance searches and preparing USPTO office actions.
- Experience responding to cease and desist letters and handling other enforcement matters, including domain name disputes, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, as well as the use of trademarks and social media platforms.
- Some experience in copyright law.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as academic credentials.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
