Foxfire Property Management Inc. is a Concord, NH-based, full-service, one-stop property management resource firm with an experienced and dedicated team of property management professionals. We manage a variety of properties, including residential, commercial, and government-assisted housing, and specialize in HOA, condominium, and cooperative properties.
We are currently looking for a Pool Attendant at our Island Shores property in Concord. The Pool Attendant is responsible for the order and cleanliness of the pool and pool area. This is a part-time seasonal position 8-12 hours a week.
Job Summary
The Pool Attendant is responsible for the order and cleanliness of the pool and pool area, including the bathrooms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Check for pool passes and ask each resident to sign in
• Ensure order, discipline, and structure of the pool area by following posted pool rules
• Use a skimmer net to remove leaves and debris from the pool surface as needed
• Organize pool furniture
• Wash down deck area, fence, and furniture, as needed
• Spot check bathrooms and replace paper goods, as needed
• Remove umbrellas at the end of every shift
• Ensure the building and gate are locked after every shift
• Promotes and supports Foxfire’s policies and procedures
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
Additional Duties
• Complete projects as determined by Property Manager(s) or COO
• Actively seeks out other tasks when current work is complete
• Participates in ongoing education and training
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
• Education or Experience- No previous experience or education is required
• Language Skills- Must have developed skills to be able to communicate with pool guests and coworkers.
• Reasoning Ability- Must have developed reasoning skills to be able to: solve practical problems and deal with various situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to pass physical exam, pre-employment drug test, and background check
• Requires walking and standing to a significant degree, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, and seeing
• Lifting up to 10 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying or transporting of objects weighing up to 20 lbs.
Primarily, outside environmental conditions are not protected from weather conditions and sun exposure. Potential exposure to paint, solvents, gas, cleaning chemicals, and/ or fumes. Exposure to extremes of noise and vibration and temperature changes:
• Noise and Vibration: Sufficient noise, either constant or intermittent, to cause marked distraction or possible injury to the sense of hearing, and/or sufficient vibration (production of and oscillating movement or strain on the body or its extremities from repeated motion or shock) to cause bodily harm if endured day after day. Temperature sufficiently high to cause marked bodily discomfort unless the associate is provided with exceptional protection
• Temperature Changes: Variations in temperature, which are sufficiently marked and abrupt to cause noticeable bodily reactions.
