These are temp. to hire opportunities with a leading manufacturing client in the Franklin , NH area .

Our client is seeking a 2nd And 3rd Shift Machine Operator candidates to join thier team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.

Pay rates include base rate plus shift differential :

2nd shift ( 3:00 pm -11:00 pm , Mon. -Friday ) : $20.90 hr.

3rd shift ( 11:00 pm -7:00 am , Sun-Thur ) : $20.85 hr.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
• Log and record readings for equipment and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
