WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR THIS APPRENTICESHIP?

• Current enrollment or eligibility to be enrolled in a Massachusetts plumbing apprenticeship program
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools
• Ability to take initiative and follow instructions
• Ability to perform all required physical tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn more and adapt to constructive feedback
• Clean and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent - preferred

WHAT'S IN STORE FOR OUR PLUMBING APPRENTICE?

This entry-level position is your gateway to a fulfilling, long-term skilled trade career! You'll be working with our experienced plumbers to complete accurate and timely installations and repairs. Over time, you'll learn the ins and outs of the trade and take steps towards becoming an independent plumber! Here's what you can expect:

• Following directions from plumbers to help install water heaters, pipes, fixtures, valves, and more
• Preparing work areas, gathering all tools and materials, and keeping jobsites clean and organized
• Digging trenches, measuring and cutting pipes, organizing tools, and complying with all codes and regulations
• Documenting your work hours, following all company policies and safety rules, and staying professional while on the job
• Attending regular meetings, trainings, and safety sessions
• Learning how to safely use tools and materials
• Learning how to use ServiceTitan for logging hours, viewing job details and notes, uploading photos and documents, and tracking task completion
