Summary of Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>First and foremost, provide an exceptional store experience to our customers through a fun, professional attitude.</li>
<li>You should be motivated to drive sales and ensure goals are being reached.</li>
<li>Utilize company guidelines (and good taste) to maintain store appearance and organization.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate with management&nbsp;and the corporate office on all aspects of business via email, phone, and the occasional carrier pigeon.</li>
<li>Assist our high-quality sales associates by providing clear, motivating, and constructive feedback; think of yourself as a mentor.</li>
</ul>
Experience &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous retail and management experience is required.</li>
<li>We require basic computer skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to follow directions and present yourself in a professional manner.</li>
<li>If you aren't looking for a full-time job and don't want to work some weekends, this is not the position for you. We require 35 hours per week during the off-season and more during the in-season period. (We pay overtime :)&nbsp;</li>
