- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of receptionist, administrative, office coordination, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities:
- Receptionist/Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, creating a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Role is responsible for managing front desk operations while coordinating day-to-day administrative and office functions to ensure the workplace runs efficiently.
- Responsibilities are subject to change based on shifting business needs
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders to ensure adequate inventory.
- Assist with employee onboarding by preparing workspaces, badges, and office supplies.
- Support company meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure common areas remain organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and administrative efficiency.
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
