A registered nurse with emergency room expertise is needed for a contract position in Quincy, MA. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, critical care environment providing acute care to patients in need of immediate attention. The position requires seasoned clinical skills and the ability to manage high-pressure emergency situations effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience.
- Proven experience working in Level 1 trauma centers.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills in emergency nursing.
- Ability to maintain composure and critical thinking in urgent care scenarios.
Schedule/Hours:
- 36 or 48 hours per week.
- Night shifts.
- Every other weekend coverage.
- Holiday shifts required.
Responsibilities include rapid patient assessment, prioritization, administration of emergency interventions, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety during emergency care delivery.
