Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible shifts available to suit your preferences
  • 5/4 or 5/18 start dates options
  • 4 weekend shifts required per scheduling period

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active RN license (Massachusetts or compact state)
  • Minimum of one year recent NICU nursing experience preferred
  • BLS and NRP certifications required
  • Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
  • Adaptability to new processes and collaborative environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based care to neonates in the NICU
  • Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in fragile patient conditions
  • Provide vital education and emotional support to families
