Role Description The SAP Inventory & Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ayer, MA. This position is responsible for managing inventory data and logistics workflows within SAP to support daily beverage manufacturing operations. Typical tasks include maintaining accurate inventory records, processing goods movements, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. The role also involves working closely with production, warehousing, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolving inventory discrepancies, and preparing reports to support supply chain decisions. The coordinator will follow established procedures and safety guidelines while continuously seeking ways to improve inventory accuracy and logistics efficiency.\n

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data interpretation to manage inventory accuracy and logistics metrics.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication for cross-functional coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to support internal and external stakeholders with order status, shipment details, and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Inventory Management experience, including cycle counting, reconciliation, and tracking stock movements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, including warehousing, transportation, and demand planning.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work on-site in Ayer, MA and collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, supply chain, or related fields is beneficial.
- Familiarity with beverage or food manufacturing operations is a plus.
