Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour day shifts per week
- Monday: 7:00 am start
- Tuesday: 8:00 am start
- Thursday: 7:00 am start
- Friday: 6:30 am start
- No weekends or holidays
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent medical-surgical oncology experience preferred
- Chemo certification required (Oncology certification not required)
- Demonstrated ability to administer chemotherapy safely and effectively
- Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and monitor patient response
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team to coordinate personalized care plans
- Document all interventions and patient updates accurately
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments and side effects
