Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at setting up and operating machinery, with a strong foundation in CNC Lathe operations. Experience with G & M codes is essential, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints is a must. This position offers the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery efficiently.
- Utilize CNC Lathe and, optionally, milling equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Comprehend and execute verbal and written instructions.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Provide own tools and basic measuring equipment.
- Operate manual machining equipment such as mills and lathes, if capable.
Essential Skills
- Experience with G & M codes.
- Proficiency in CNC Lathe operations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Capability to work independently and in a team.
- Possession of reliable transportation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with manual machining equipment like mills and lathes is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
- Ownership of personal tools and basic measuring equipment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Braintree, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
