Key Responsibilities\n

- Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs, goals, and cultural contexts.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various settings—individual, couple, family, and group therapy—drawing on techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
- Deliver crisis intervention services and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care for clients in acute distress.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide psychoeducation to empower clients and their families with tools and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health conditions.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care and treatment progress.
- Conduct regular outcome assessments to measure the effectiveness of treatment and adjust plans as necessary.
