Flawless Flooring New England is hiring experienced Epoxy Flooring Technicians, Polished Concrete Specialists, and Crew Leads to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end epoxy coatings, concrete polishing, and decorative concrete systems across New England.

This is a full-time, hands-on role with year-round work. Most job sites are within 1–2 hours of our base, and paid travel time is provided. We’re a small, tight-knit crew that values quality, communication, and reliability. Key Responsibilities

• Install epoxy floor systems, including urethane and mortar coatings

• Perform concrete polishing and surface prep (grinding, shot blasting, etc.)

• Install cove base and decorative finishes as needed

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

• Communicate clearly with crew leads and project managers

• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

• 1–3 years of epoxy flooring or polished concrete experience (required for lead roles)

• Experience with urethane, mortar systems, and cove base installation preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Must be able to handle physical tasks regularly

• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality results

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
