- Maintain a regular presence across assigned Boston showrooms based on business need, balancing market support with uninterrupted leadership of the Dedham team.

- Set clear role expectations, provide frequent feedback, recognize strong performance, and address missed standards directly and consistently.
- Build bench strength by identifying emerging leaders, creating development plans, and providing stretch opportunities across the Boston market.
- Support showroom leaders with coaching, training reinforcement, and performance conversations while keeping the District Manager informed and aligned.
- Create a culture of accountability, inclusion, recognition, and teamwork that reflects INDOCHINO's standards and values.
Fit, Quality & Tailoring Accountability
- Maintain strong knowledge of INDOCHINO's measurement, fit, and garment process and ensure the Dedham team follows current fit standards and validation practices.
- Review remake, repeat-remake, alteration, and fit trends; identify root causes; and implement documented coaching or corrective actions.
- Partner with Fit & Quality leadership and local tailoring resources to improve first-time fit, alteration timeliness, client communication, and cost control.
- Reinforce measurement validations, order reviews, and in-the-moment coaching that reduce preventable remakes and support the company's long-term remake target.

- Demonstrated ability to improve sales performance, conversion, client experience, labor productivity, and team execution through hands-on leadership and coaching.
- Strong commercial judgment and comfort analyzing retail metrics, identifying root causes, and converting insight into clear action.
- Proven success recruiting, developing, retaining, and holding teams accountable in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead peers and partner cross-functionally without relying on title alone.
- Knowledge of menswear, made-to-measure, fit, tailoring, or fashion apparel is preferred; a commitment to mastering INDOCHINO's fit and product standards is required.
- Organized, decisive, calm under pressure, and able to balance immediate showroom needs with broader market priorities.
