Part Time Home Health Aide (HHA) - East Wareham/ Wareham/Onset
Join our growing team as a part time Home Health Aide (HHA) providing compassionate, one-on-one care to individuals in the community.
Current Available Hours:
- Monday-Friday
- Members are seen in the morning. Schedule will start around 8:30am/9am
- around 10-15 hours a week
This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current schedule while having the opportunity to pick up additional hours as they become available.
Additional Hours Available: As our client needs grow in the area, we will offer additional coverage opportunities in surrounding communities, including Brockton and nearby locations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Accompany clients on community outings when needed
- Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
Qualifications:
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus
