Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Mastercam/Fabrication Engineer located in North Grafton, MA. This person will be responsible for Programming CNC machines using Mastercam/Solidworks/AutoCAD software to create programs.

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications to create machining programs.

• Work closely with machinists and fabricators to ensure smooth production processes.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications.

• Assist in routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Quality Control and Project Management skills

• Knowledge of Welding and Machining best practices

• Experience in Mechanical Engineering

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Knowledge/Experience AISC and MASS DOT is a plus
