Looking for a hands-on warehouse role with a consistent schedule and plenty of variety?
Harpak-ULMA is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to help keep customer orders and incoming inventory moving accurately and on time.
You'll pick, pack and ship customer orders, receive incoming products, maintain inventory, complete shipping documentation, and help keep our warehouse organized.

What You'll Do
- Receive, unpack and inspect incoming products and materials.
- Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare shipping paperwork and maintain accurate receiving records.
- Use UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping systems for domestic and international shipments.
- Enter receiving information into the inventory system.
- Organize inventory and parts locations.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping, receiving and inventory area.
- Work with Customer Service, Purchasing and other internal teams to keep orders and materials moving.
These responsibilities closely reflect the underlying role requirements, including pick/pack/ship, incoming inspection, receiving-system entries, cycle counts, inventory organization and UPS/FedEx/DHL shipments.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable and detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Able to read and accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/shop environment.
- Able to lift and move up to 50–70 lbs. and perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Warehouse and forklift experience are helpful, but not required. The underlying description lists previous warehouse and forklift experience as a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
Schedule
9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Occasional weekend work may be needed during peak business periods.
