Job DescriptionSalary: $75.00+ per hour

AKABA LLC. is currently seeking reliable BCBAs or LABAs (Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts) to joinour team inprovidingcenter-based and home-based ABA services to clients between the ages of 3-22 years diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75+ (ability to earn $80,000-$100,000)
Job Location: Metro Worcester, MA
Required education: Master's Degree, LABA or BCBA Certificate *Will also consider candidates able to apply for LABA license.

Preferred Experience: At least 1 year as a BCBA, especially in community or home-based ABA programs.


Other requirements: A valid Drivers License and reliable form of transportation


Traveling radius is usually between 15-30 miles.

Position details
This is a full time position with bonus opportunities. Our clientsare seen mostly after school hours (~3-8pm) during the school year and possible Saturday morning hours (as self-scheduled).Our team offers direct therapy in the home and community, behavior/treatment plans and we value parent training/involvement. Responsibilities: Supervise ABA therapists (direct and indirect supervision), Write and develop programming for clients (Behavior Intervention Plan), parent training, conduct intake and assessment (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLLS etc), attend IEP meetings, and attending Quarterly meeting.


Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (preferred), valid and current license as a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts or able to apply for LABA licensing, 1-3 years providing ABA services, a minimum of one years experience in home-based ABA programs and strong supervisory skills preferred.
