Prepare, set up your workstation and plan work tools according to the day's production in order to work as efficiently as possible;
• Inspect products in production on production lines
Ensure the accuracy of the product code and expiration date;
Check if the cap is straight and well sealed on the bottle;
Check the location and alignment of the label according to established standards;
Check the clarity of the syrup, make sure there is no residue and ensure the cleanliness of the bottle;
Perform the inversion of the bottles.
• Carry out the necessary corrections following the inspection of the products;
Wash, screw, peel and make any other corrections to be made;
• Assemble different containers (boxes, trays)
• Packaging bottles
