Take your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Paraprofessional, or ABA Therapist to the next level in a supportive school setting located near Wilmington, VT. This full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity invites dedicated RBTs to work within a behavior-focused caseload, primarily at the elementary level, with some flexibility for high school students based on your experience. Collaborate closely with an on-staff BCBA who offers valuable supervision and guidance throughout your assignment, ensuring your continued professional growth.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
- Hands-on experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in school settings, particularly with behavior support and intervention
- Background as a Paraprofessional or ABA Therapist, with direct work in 1:1 or small group environments
- Confidence managing behavior-heavy caseloads and supporting students’ social-emotional goals
- Ability to adapt skills for elementary and potentially high school populations
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering direct ABA services to students, either individually or in small-group settings
- Implementing and tracking behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collaborating with educators, caregivers, and clinical staff to support student progress
- Documenting data accurately and communicating outcomes with the team
- Maintaining professionalism and flexibility during school hours (Monday–Friday; 35–37.5 hours/week)
