What you'll do
- Diagnose, repair, and replace worn or broken components on production machinery and heavy mobile equipment
- Perform millwright work: install, align, level, and dismantle machinery, including precision alignment and rigging
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Read and work from manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Test and verify equipment after repair to confirm it meets performance specs
- Perform routine maintenance
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards without exception
What you'll need
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of heavy equipment or industrial machinery repair experience, OR an Associate's degree in Heavy Equipment/Heavy Duty Truck Repair plus 2 years of relevant experience
- Millwright skills a strong plus: alignment, rigging, machinery installation
- Valid driver's license
Conditions
Outdoor work in all weather. Noise, fumes, and dirt.
