We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our golf course maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about turf management and golf course operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily golf course setup and assist with tournament preparation
• Apply pesticide and fertilizer applications as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and schedules
• Participate in daily mowing (both hand and ride-on), as well as bunker maintenance
• Assist with irrigation and drainage installation, troubleshooting, and repair
• Take on crew leadership responsibilities and help guide seasonal staff
• Manage water usage across greens, tees, fairways, and roughs

Note: Overtime is expected during the peak season (April–October)

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in golf course or turf maintenance (Required)
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Peabody, MA before starting
