Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellow Year (CFY)
- Prior school-based therapy experience or strong interest in working within educational settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and professional development
