Caseload: Varies based on student needs

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time, school-based role in Dover, NH. This position is ideal for a compassionate educator committed to supporting the academic and functional needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support in academic and non-academic areas tailored to individual student needs
Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement instructional goals and strategies in accordance with district and IEP requirements
Regularly communicate with parents and team members to exchange updates and support strategies
Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement using formal and informal tools
Prepare for and actively participate in IEP, ARD, or other relevant meetings related to student programming and services

Requirements:

Valid New Hampshire Paraprofessional credential or equivalent experience
Experience working in school settings preferred
Strong understanding of instructional strategies, classroom technologies, and student support methods
Ability to work collaboratively with educators and maintain consistent documentation
