What Youll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R equipment to improve comfort and efficiency
  
  
• Clearly explain options, pricing, and recommendations to customers
  
  
• Complete approved repairs, installations, and improvements to industry standards
  
  
• Ensure every job is done right and customers are 100% satisfied
  
  
• Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
  
  
• Participate in company meetings, training, and service updates
  
  

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, or service (preferred)
  
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills capable of leading repairs on site
  
  
• Ability to read and work from wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
  
  
• Skilled in brazing, soldering, and standard HVAC/R repair practices
  
  
• Valid drivers license with good driving record
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work on rooftops
  
  
• Refrigeration license and EPA certifications preferred
  
  
• Professional, clean, and courteous demeanor
  
  
• Strong communication skills and accurate, timely paperwork

Schedule

• MondayFriday, 8-hour day shifts
