Hype Tier is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to guide and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals who lead by example, thrive under pressure, and have a deep commitment to fostering both team and individual success. You will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining team morale, and aligning daily operations with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of professionals to ensure task completion and performance standards

  • Organize daily workflow and delegate tasks effectively

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members

  • Monitor progress toward individual and team objectives

  • Resolve internal conflicts, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary

  • Collaborate with senior management to implement and improve operational strategies

  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures

  • Track key metrics and generate performance reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role (minimum 2 years preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead under pressure

  • Experience in performance management and team development

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace communication tools
