Job DescriptionJob Title: Telecom Construction Specialist
Job at a Glance: Hybrid role working partially in office, partially in the field conducting surveys.
Location: 35 Resnik Road Plymouth Massachusetts 02360 United States
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7-4pm EST
Pay Rate: $30/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Duration of Contract: Long-term contract with extension/conversion possibility
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track project milestones, create and issue jobs within the tracking software, and oversee full lifecycle updates.
- Liaise with internal cross-functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales to serve as the primary contact.
- Create, approve, and manage funding requests and purchase orders related to job estimates and materials.
- Conduct quality control workflow management, validate field quality, and ensure milestones such as permit closures and final invoices are completed.
Required Skills:
- Previous fiber/telecom/coax cable construction
- Strong organization and project management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with milestone management software such as JT/Polaris or Salesforce.
