Location: Boston, MA
Pay: $25/hr | Contract Assignment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead maintenance technicians
- Complete and oversee work orders
- Perform advanced plumbing and electrical repairs
- Handle drywall and sheetrock repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and forced water boilers
Qualifications
- HVAC certification required
- Strong plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Experience with drywall, sheetrock, and general maintenance
- Leadership skills and reliability
