Established (200+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Elder Law Attorney for Trusts and Estates in Worcester, MA!
An established firm based in Worcester, MA with over 200 years in practice is seeking an Elder Law Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join their team! This role is focused on elder law, trust and estate planning, and complex client matters, offering the opportunity to lead cases independently or as part of a seasoned team of attorneys and professional support staff. The firm is deeply engaged in community outreach and professional initiatives throughout the year and values a dependable, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
Offer:
Salary range: $180,000-$250,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience practicing elder law or closely related trust and estate matters
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with active bar admission in MA
Strong ability to lead complex client matters from intake through resolution
Dependable, steady, and efficient work style with sharp attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and taking on firm management responsibilities
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible and responsive
Creative problem solver with sound judgment and strong analytical skills
Poised, friendly, and genuine presence in client meetings and professional interactions
Responsibilities:
Lead elder law matters and related trust and estate engagements from start to finish
Advise clients on estate planning, long-term care planning, guardianship, and related issues
Manage client relationships and conduct meetings with warmth and professionalism
Collaborate with attorneys and experienced support staff across connected practice areas
Take on firm management responsibilities as appropriate for a senior-level attorney
Participate in community outreach and professional efforts throughout the year
Adapt work and strategy to the evolving needs of clients and the firm
