Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Location: Devens, MA Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on plant machinery and systems.</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.</li>
<li>Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduits, and control systems in an industrial environment.</li>
<li>Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.</li>
<li>Assist with fabrication, plumbing, welding, and other general maintenance duties as needed.</li>
<li>Adhere to OSHA, fire and electrical safety codes, and company-specific safety procedures.</li>
<li>Collaborate with teammates, management, and vendors to support smooth plant operations.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and safety training.</li>
<li>Complete required monthly online safety training.</li>
