We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and has a strong attention to detail. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who can balance customer interaction with technical estimating responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers—both in person and over the phone
  • Guide customers through the repair process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
  • Coordinate appointments, updates, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience
  • Work closely with insurance partners and internal teams to keep repairs moving efficiently

Estimating & Repair Planning

  • Prepare accurate and thorough repair estimates using industry tools
  • Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in collaboration with technicians
  • Communicate estimates and repair timelines clearly to customers and insurers
  • Monitor job progress and update estimates as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills with a people-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a busy environment
  • Prior experience in collision repair, estimating, or automotive industry is a plus (but we’re willing to train the right person)
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
